The Pagosa Springs Association of REALTORS® Mission Statement: The purpose of the Association is to serve its members by providing and promoting programs and services to enhance members' freedom and ability to conduct their business successfully with integrity and competency:

To promote increasing confidence in the REALTOR'S special skills and knowledge;

To increase member competence by providing quality educational opportunities;

To promote the extension and preservation of the right to own, use and transfer real estate through collective action;

And to participate in the surrounding community through REALTOR involvement in community service.
