Thank you for your interest for an designated realtor membership application. Please complete the application and submit it with payment to the Pagosa Springs Area Association of REALTORS® (PSAAR) office. Your membership entitles you to a number of benefits that present your company to the REALTOR® members of PSAAR including: membership rosters, sponsorship opportunities and participation in membership-only events such as luncheons and our Annual Installation.

Applicants for REALTOR® Broker membership will be granted provisional membership immediately upon submission of a completed application form and remittance of applicable association dues and application fee. Provisional membership is granted subject to subsequent review of the application by the Board of Directors. If qualifications are not met, membership at the discretion of the Board of Directors, may be terminated. Payment will be returned if membership is not accepted.

REALTORS® distinguish themselves by abiding by a Code of Ethics that was first adopted by NAR in 1913. REALTORS® pledge to uphold these ethical and professional standards. Enforcement of the Code of Ethics is a service offered to ensure the integrity of your fellow REALTORS® and a positive experience for your customers and clients. Additionally, PSAAR offers annual educational courses in order for members to meet the NAR Biennial training on the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.
